"Very good communication.. this company went above and beyond to make sure my water heater was repaired. Trinity specifically did a wonderful job!"
"Gardner’s plumbing, did an amazing job!!! They got us an estimate and a scheduled date to do the repairs in less than 2 weeks! The job was done in less time than what we thought it would be, rerouted 2 pipes to the sewer line! I couldn’t be more happier! Thank you so much! To them manager Thomas… you were so kind and personable throughout this process. I really appreciate you. I don’t remember the plumbers name who did the job. Lol. I should have wrote it down Lol but he did a GREAT job!!! No mess left behind, no smell, no water to clean up! Thanks again!!!"
"Absolutely positively The Best. Trinity was our service tech and the man is a true pro in every regard—and we’ve dealt with many. He & Gardner’s are right at the top. We’re VERY happy!"
"Had water softener problems. Gardner’s worked with my insurance company and replaced my overage softener with a newer model. Janet, the back office folks, and the technicians were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and personable! They did a great job!"
"The first technician that came out smelled like marijuana. All he did was look at what needed to be repaired but said he couldn’t repair it that day because he needed a part called a nipple. This was right after Christmas. When I scheduled for someone to come back out they said half of their plumbers were sick and scheduled me for a few days later. On the day of the appointment I received a text that someone was on the way. These repairs were being done at a rental property so I drove 30 minutes to my tenants property and out of respect for my tenant I waited in the car for the plumber to arrive. After an hour and a half of waiting it was obvious that no one was coming and by that time the office was closed. The next morning I called and was told that it was unlike the plumber that was assigned to just not show up but they didn’t have any availability for that day and I had to wait until the next day. When the next day came the plumber showed up without the part that he needed and had to go to the store. I was livid. If all he had to do was go to the store to get the part why didn’t the first plumber just do that? The lady that answered the phone said “well we’re all human, people forget stuff”. After waiting in my car for another hour he finally came back to do the repairs on the shower and the toilet. I confirmed that he could do the repairs and left. He told my tenant that he fixed the shower but was unable to fix the toilet without digging up the floor or going through the wall. The tenant told him that he needed to contact me to get permission to do that. About an hour later I received a call from the lady in the office asking for payment for the toilet. I asked her what was I paying for since the toilet wasn’t fixed? She had no idea and said she would call me back. My husband called her to see what was going on and she informed him that they did not have to go through the wall or the floor but rather we would need a whole new toilet due to calcium buildup. My tenant then told me that she is now only able to use the shower and that she cannot get water to come out of the faucet that they put in and the faucet is not secure and turns 360. With all that being said not one single thing got fixed and almost 3 weeks was wasted dealing with these people. Do yourself a favor and never use them and if you’re dealing with a warranty company like I did if they say they’re sending Gardner Plumbing insist that they send someone else. I’m telling you insist."
