"They have sat on their hands FOR THREE WEEKS with REPEATED CALLS FROM MY DR'S OFFICE and still haven't sent over my MRI results - even though I left with them the day of the scan. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! *Edit*: After the first two weeks, my Dr's office had gotten a guarantee that they "would have the results by tomorrow morning." That never happened. Today (after 3 weeks), my Dr's nurse called the Preferred Imaging Medical City location, and someone there agreed to bring the results down to her "by hand". I don't know if the problem is with the Las Colinas location, all of Preferred Imaging, or the acquiring Akumen, but this has certainly shown that they DO NOT care about timeliness, even for urgent scans."

"The worker here called me on Tuesday to make an appointment and so I did, I made the appointment for Friday at 9:15am. On Friday I took my son exactly at 9:10am:10am and when I arrived the person who was at the front desk told me that he did not have an appointment because my son's doctor had cancelled it (this woman was very rude and dismissive) I told her that I had to miss a day of work and my son had to miss a day of school and all she said was "take it up with your doctor" I decided to call my son's doctor and ask him to send my son to another place."
