"Kent came in with the kindest demeanor and smile and serviced our water filters at the Veterans Parkway Heine Bros'. He thoroughly communicated every step of what he was doing and patiently waited to cut the water off until customers had their drinks made. He asked about our days and clearly took pride in his work and the way it was effecting those around him.
