"If you need a company to treat your home like their own, look no further. I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am for the entire Becht Givens team. I called to have someone come out due to a gas smell and everything from my initial call to the time Kyle and David left was top notch service. The scheduler, Deanna, was so friendly, took the matter seriously, and was prompt to have someone sent out. She was a delight! Which is hard to come by these days in customer service. A HVAC tech, David, and plumber, Kyle, we’re both sent out to investigate the smell. My concern was taken very seriously and with the same diligence either man would have taken for his own home. I appreciate Kyle’s tenacious determination to find ALL leaks and remedy them. I’ve honestly never had such a reassuring experience with any tradesman in my life. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew what he was doing every step of the way. Since we moved in, I would periodically smell gas. It was never strong (just an occasional whiff) and no one else ever smelled it. The smell was stronger on Wednesday so Thursday morning I finally called to have someone come take a look. After hours of tedious testing, they found 4 leaks in the gas line running to our water heater, furnace, and fireplace. The largest leak was on a joint that wasn’t tightened whatsoever. Shotty work by the builder and complete negligence by the gas company. A standard pressure test would’ve shown there were leaks before the gas company ever turned the gas on when the house was built in 2000. Thank you Kyle, David, and Deanna for handling my concerns with expertise and urgency. You all fixed a very scary situation and gave me a peace of mind that money could never buy. And thank you Becht Givens for creating a company culture where your amazing employees thrive on taking care of your customers. That is no easy feat and my stellar experience is a direct reflection of excellent leadership."
