"I gotta tell you, this Jeffersonville staff is best in the biz. Huge wreck in front of store, even crashed into the sign and airbags deployed, right while I was in the bay today. Staff drops everything and runs to aid those involved. Chrissy stayed calm and kept the staff focused. Everyone shaken up. Helped the injured as much as possible and the emergency staff as they arrive on scene. Truly impressed with their professionalism and care. And got back to work… telling you, I would’ve walked off. Traumatic to be so close."

Andrew got my wiper blades replaced and it was time to go. It too bad this place has an high turnover rate. Been a lot of good employees at this location."

"Went in for a TRE, rotation, oil change. Ended up being a 2.5 hour job and they almost didn’t give me back my locking lug for my tires. They had issues with payment and ended up double charging me, I sorted it out with the bank before I left the service station. Vehicle service was good and the staff were pleasurable but I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back."

"Took my 2017 Ford Escape in for a quick oil change. It took over 2 hours to work through a line of 4 cars. They had some new kid they were yelling at for going slow while working on my car, I/a few mechanics suspect the kid spilled oil on the engine which made its way to my alternator and killed it. 2000 dollars later they say it's not their problem. I'd avoid this particular store like the plague."
