"Please do not take your business here. They sold me a totally broken pen that didn’t work out of the brand new package. It honestly makes me think someone returned it broken and they placed it back on the shelf to resell. I drove about 32 min round trip to get here as I was referred here by a friend. I came back to exchange the product and a stocky set lady gave me exchange issues. She said I couldn’t get an exchange as they wouldn’t profit a few dollars from the exchange. Literally a few dollars. After my terrible experience and wasting gas money on coming here. Pity because I’m big on referring new customers but not to this broken pen selling store. I’m good on giving you guys my returning business and new business from others. If you want good customer service and a pen that actually works. Do yourself a favor and go to another vape shop for your pen."
