Kroger 3205 Main Street, Frisco, TX 75034

"Used this location for the last two years. I don't know if food quality is down everywhere. We constantly get food that is expired before the expiration date. It's been really bad the last month or so. We thought it was a coincidence but it seems to be a pattern now. I'd advise people to avoid this location till it is corrected."

"My mother raves about the service of this place. “I had an incredibly good experience at the Kroger at Main and Teal this morning. It is a relatively small grocery store but sets a very high bar for customer service from the entire staff, cleanliness and upkeep, beautiful produce department, being well stocked, and every other standard for a grocery store. I don’t plan on using any other Kroger besides that one. When I finished putting the groceries in my car, a young man walked up and offered to take my cart in. He was an employee and was just icing on the cake. Do you know how often that has happened to me at any grocery store? NEVER.”"

"The young boy telling people they are closed early Christmas Eve could certainly use an attitude adjustment and not be as rude when turning customers away but also not point and shake his finger when meeting me at the door as I only went off the store hours on google. I too had to work today but luckily I've been fortunate to do my passion and I can accept them closing early but not with poor attitudes especially in an already trying world.I hope he can find some happiness in life."

"BUYER BEWARE - SELLING EXPIRED FOOD!!! I bought this Hormel roast beef from this Kroger today! Came home and found that it had EXPIRED 5 days ago!!! Selling expired food especially MEAT!! Way to go, Kroger. If I needed one more reason NOT to shop at this store, this is it!! HEB is just round the corner. You lost another customer, Kroger."

"I know, businesses all around are short on employees, this Kroger is inexcusable. It has been bad since before the pandemic and impossible to shop at post pandemic. I don’t care if shelves are empty due to lack of supply but clean the damn store. It smells horrid. The floors are sticky, food on shelves are expired and no one seems to care. Monday at 5pm there was one cashier and at least 10 ppl ahead of me trying to use self checkout. This store is poorly managed and poorly staffed. Corporate doesn’t seem to care. HEB will wipe this Kroger out when it finally opens next fall. Good riddance."
