"Quite close to the beach. The pool is nice, but oddly, it's heated even in August... lol. The tennis court is in good shape. The trend has been to Pickleball for a handful of years. It's weird, but hardly any Pickleball courts on the island. I know of only one complex, with rentals, that has Pickleball? The parking will not be adequate in peak times. They are redoing an adjacent lot, but it isn't secured. We had no issues parking, but mid-August is a slower time. Our condo was a nice 3 bedroom. Really great views of the beach and nice balcony wrapping around the unit, as it is a corner unit on the top floor."

"Always an excellent experience at Edgewater. Love the new and improved walkway to the beach. You can see all of the island firework shows from the complex. It’s great!"

"Our condo 301 was pretty dirty. Thick layers of dust, grime, and buildup on every surface. The unit needed a bottle of bleach taken to it. Showers and sinks were clogged…had to use a plunger to use them. Black mold in bathrooms, someone else’s hair left behind, dried vomit in the toilet. The “new” 8” mattress was absolutely bottom of the barrel. Springs creaked with any movement and dug into your body while trying to sleep. Mattresses were basically on the floor. No decent bed frames. Lesson learned. If the decor looks like 1970’s, expect that is the last time this place has had a proper scrubbing. Thoroughly disappointed with this condo. Advertised patio furniture was not present. You can have your morning coffee in a rusted camp chair. The stairs and walkways could also use a good blowing off and powerwash. We observed the maintenance man blower off the tennis courts but leaving large palm refuse and not doing basic clean up."

"Nice, conveniently situated condo. Nice pool, well maintained grounds. It has a nice easy walkway to the beach. It is older but fewer units, less crowding make up for it. I would stay again, but in a different unit as ours was outdated with kitchen issues."
