VIP-La Feria RV Park

"I can’t believe this park is 4 stars, no way. From the last review 2 years ago this park looks like it aged 20 years. Due to lack of lawn service, terrible clubhouse and dirty pool. Come on owner get involved and see for yourself. Still want return until things get better. DO NOT STOP! New management and they are not friendly. We stayed a short time recently and they never mowed the grass or trimmed grass around our camper. We noticed the entire park was this way except a few homes, guess they paid for it. Grass was over 8 inches. Also we didn’t use pool because it was dirty on the bottom looks like they never vacuum. Want return!"

"This park was awesome last year. New management has ruined this park. The 1st 2 months we were here the lawn was not mowed or weeds whipped! The club house was closed for remodeling. Work done is 3rd rate! Pool was heated when it was too cold and raining to use. Now that it's hot, heating fuel is gone and pool is too cold to use. They don't want to fill the fuel. It's also closed a full day for cleaning and chemicals. There are no work campers so management wants us to find problems and report them, which are not fix but service is closed as if done! Management is Not available. Supposed to be available 8 - 4:30. Have been to the office many time and it was locked and no one available. If I had not paid in advance for 4 months I would have left after the 1st week! The campers are still great but many are not coming back next year!"

"Lots of promised improvements from new owners but little progress. New management is friendly but not knowledgeable or efficient. We have been gone 4 days and still do not have final electric bill. Best part of this park are the residents! Both full time and winter Texans are friendly and welcoming. Including new campers in activities and communications."

"Very nice, clean park with plenty of things to do. Close to shopping, eating, etc. My only concern was how close to the main highway it is. This country girl needs quiet."

"Reasonable size sites, prices for rental are good. Wish that the office staff were more knowledgeable. People are friendly. Pool is good. Laundry room needs upgrading. The park gets a lot of traffic noise. The dog park is very small."
