"I use the refillable pods. Have very few issues with leaking or bad pods. Bought a single a day ago and next day the rubber stopper at the bottom came up and drained my entire pod of juice. Went back and got another. Exact same thing. Called about any sort of warranty or exchange and they said no. Can't say I would recommend them. Any quality issues at other local vape shops and they simply swap out the product. Even had receipts. Picture is the rubber plug, left side is the stopper that came un-done and drained my pod. Came up on two pods the exact same way. I've used this brand for at least 3 years and never had this issue before."

"It’s great khaving a 24 hour vape shop can come anytime of the day or night but what sucks is that I’ve came into the store three different times morning afternoon and overnight and not one person knows anything about juices or different brands vape mod it would be nice to start seeing employees that actually know Their vapes to the different brands of juice so the customer feels comfortable trying a new juice like me I bought one well im out 20 stuck with a nasty flavor not what I wanted or was looking for guy didn’t know how to even recommend the different juices to knowing that’s is the juice they were looking for or similar when they walk out the store to happy reviews unlike this one will not be returning"
