"Not a bad store. I've been there twice and spent around 200 dollars. The lady that checked me out today had an attitude. I felt like I was putting her out. I got 20 dollars cash back. She took a 20 out of the register and I asked her if I could have 2 5s and a 10. She rolled her eyes and I told her to just forget it."

"This store has the worst customer service in the whole entire store! The older white lady that wears a lot of eyeliner that mans the customer service desk is rude as hell! I wonder why the manager allows her to be there! It seems like she didn’t want to go to work all the time! The black guy at the self check out is rude as well! Does not have any customer service training at all!!! The only one that I can commend is the little black girl that takes the cart back to the store! She is very pleasant, always has a smile on her face and always greets you all the time! Now SHE DESERVES TO BE INSIDE THE STORE! The rest, needs to get out and take carts!"

"These 5 stars are only for Christine in the bakery department! Christine was very polite and helpful when I went this morning to get a birthday cake. She answered all my questions with a smile, helped me pick a cake, and decorated it for me right then. Based on Kroger's reviews, it seems like they need to hire more people like Christine, who provides great customer service with a smile like she does. This Kroger is usually not my 1st choice, but Christine made my day. Thank you again, Christine. I wish you well & many blessings!!! Kroger, please award Christine & give her a raise for properly representing your store."

"Got to the store this morning, the store was not opened on time. I turn around and the whole morning crew walking up at 5:59. People have to go to work or school and they’re laughing and taking their sweet time up the sidewalk. There were other cars waiting for the store to open on time. Very irresponsible."

"Horrible pickup service process. If they are out of stock on something or they charge the wrong price and your total order drops below $20 for any reason they automatically charge the 4.95 pick up fee rather than to have it automatically be adjusted when the initial order was over $20 to start with! It would be nice to be told rather than me having to ask. Then when i called for a refund for the 4.95 pick up fee they told me i would have to go into the store which very inconvenient that is why i placed a pick up order because i don't want to go inside HELLO! Not only that they never have baggers the cashiers except you to help bags your own groceries . If i wanted to do that I would go to sack and save!!!"
