"It's sad when you call a company and 9 out of 10 calls and they only answer once. You leave messages that rarely get responded to. Then when they do call you back they can not tell you a day or a possible time they will show up. It doesn't make sense to me. I've know this family for many many years and never thought they would act like this towards customers. Maybe we are the exception to all the other reviewers. I also haven't seen a company that would not take payments from an elderly woman that only gets paid once a month. Like I said maybe we are the exception to their normal. I will leave it at that and maybe this is the only bad situation they will be in. Have a good one and enjoy life."
