"Seemed like a great office in that they were very helpful in getting me the resources I needed. Wish there was a person at the desk so I could have been taken care of sooner, I had questions and didn’t know what to do, so I waited in line just to be told I needed to get something called in. Once it was called in, they called me back got me taken care of. The person who took my blood made me feel at ease since I was clearly nervous. Just really wish there were people up front to talk to first."

"I have to be honest and say that I hate talking to machines as far as setting appointments and all that goes, which that's how quest has it set up, regardless I went in as a walk in because of this, because I needed lab work asap. The lady that helped me out knew her job very well, a true professional and a blessing i must say I am very grateful that she helped me out that day."

"Every time I go I get hassled to pay. Same story each time. I have insurance and I do not have copayments only deductible. I normally wait for the insurance to process completely, get a bill from quest on my app and pay. There are times I have paid more and had to get reimbursed because it is not what I was initially quoted by the system."

"Very easy to make an appointment. Once I arrived, I sat for maybe 2 minutes before they ushered me back to give blood. The phlebotomist was very reassuring and talked enough to take my mind off of the needle."

"Came in as a walk-in and checked in on their little tablets. Had to do it like 20 times because the phlebotomist kept coming out to tell us we didn’t finalize the check in. I know for a fact I did. How was she even able to see my daughters info if we didn’t check in? I think she was just upset that we were a walk in. The place was super packed with hardly anywhere to sit. The tablets never worked for me. I’ve never had issues like this before at quest and I have used them for years. We usually go to the one in Mansfield but this one was closer to the doctors office. We came in around 10 am but the earlies appointment they had available was at 12:50. Eventually I gave up after the phlebotomist came out to guilt us for not making an appointment we just left. I know for a fact i checked in right because the following day we went to another quest location and had no issues there. That wasn’t even the worst part. The parking garage is a nightmare to get in and out of. So we dealt with all of that chaos for nothing. Never again."
