"Everyone at Texas Vein Experts are so, so nice, willing to listen and answer all questions that you may have!!! They were even quick to make me an appointment to let me come in to look at a vein that I thought had a problem but come to find out it had closed and could be easily seen at the surface of the skin!!!! They told me that everything was ok and that the bruising would take some time to heal & disappear!!! If you have any questions they will answer!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE If I could give less then 1 star I would. This place has horrible customer service and horrible communication skills and is only out for money. After taking off for 2 extra hours for my job and going through traffic, I get to this office and pay my money, $150 due to coupon that I had which was $250 off of the original price. In which they were informed of this coupon prior to me scheduling my new patient appointment. When I got there I was AGAIN informed the procedure is $400 but if you have a coupon it will be only $150. I hand them the coupon and my card and I was only charged the $150. After I get all the way back in the exam room and get undressed and spoke with the nurse practitioner explaining everything to me about the procedure. While explaining the procedure she dropped a vial which I know was hundreds of dollars that she just brushed off like it was no big deal. I was then informed that they cannot take my coupon because I am not an established patient. This tactic was done purposely so they can attempt to take the full price from my card that they had on file. That should have been informed to me over the phone and whenever I got there before charging card and getting undressed. I asked to speak to the office manager who was rude and nonchalant. He did not sincerely apologize. All he was interested in was taking my money. It took seconds to take my money but 7-10 business for them to give me my refund. My card should not have been charged until after the consultation. That is horrible customer service and horrible communication on this office part."
