"Great Time, stayed there with family and friends for Christmas/New years. Lots of room, great patio area for Bar B Queing, parties and some of the clearest skies I ever watched meteor showers and star watching. Peace and quiet with the Nueces river just a few blocks away with the clearest water you've ever been in or seen. Thanks Jack and Kim for a GREAT TIME!"
