"The hotel staff is excellent, and great customer service. The exercise room is out of service; they didn't tell me it was out of order. In addition, water pressure was low. Not a great location have to drive far to go places."

"Stayed there for the weekend with my fiancé and child, one evening and one of my expensive jewelry became missing checked my bags and room to make sure I didn’t misplace it and it was no where to be found headed to front desk to ask if anybody went into my room front desk said house keeping didn’t mark down they went in but the room was cleaned so clearly they did. Waited 2 days to speak to manager so she can review footage and claims “it’s he said she said but house keeping works in pairs” then proceeded to say from the footage the first house keeper went in to switch my towels came out then the second one went in to grab my trash both house keepers were alone in my room. Still have not been able to locate my missing jewelry and hotel was no help either. Make sure if you stay put up nice belongs !"

"State and Government workers Beware... All this over $27 I have to use a third party to book rooms, so as usual, I called ahead to make sure they would change the rate to a Government rate which the answer was yes. I get to the hotel, and mentioned to the clerk at check-in my government rate status to receive the government room rate. The clerk said ok, went through the motions tapping on the key board as if she was adjusting the room rate afterwards I said thank you, and went up to the room. I got a notification on my phone when my card was charged. Upon checking the message, I see the full room rate charge instead of the government rate. I immediately went back down stairs to inform the clerk she charged me the full price and not the government rate at which time she assured me the bill would reflect the adjusted rate upon check out....which it didn't 3 days later. At checkout, I mentioned the mix-up to another clerk so made a note advised me the general manager would be in later which was fine because I was still working in the area and had no problem with returning. When I returned approximately 3hrs later, the GM wasn't there. This clerk was nice enough to call the GM while I was there and the GM was saying I should have shown my ID at check-in, but the 1st clerk didn't ask for it but I had it an was ready to present my ID. The GM Amber Gonzales started off professional calling me back, but she refused to stand by what her staff told me when I called and at check-in, that staff member 1st going thru the motions of pretending to adjust my rate and later assuring me the corrected rate would be reflected on my bill at checkout. During our discorse, GM Amber Gonzales told me she had almost 20yrs experience of being a Hotel GM and she knows how processes work when it comes to third party bookings, and I expressed I have the same 20yrs of experience managing staff. We both know if staff makes a mistake, you stand by the decision and words given to the customer, and do a retraining, corrective action, or separation with the staff member(s) which ever is warranted. GM Amber Gonzales finally offered a redress, I accepted the offer, she immediately resended the offer, told me she was "Red Flagging" me, then hung-up the phone in my face. Very unprofessional. Have to wonder about the 3.1 star rating for service...actions reflect leadership. Great job GM Amber The hotel was nice."
