"I love the way they go through every cabin the day before you arrive and do a 21 point inspection, checking all the faucets, the toilets, air systems and the appliances, turning them all on to make sure that they operate correctly and without odors. I love the way the bedding is changed just before you arrive so that they smell fresh and not dusty. Plus they check for bugs, rodents and stray pets to make sure that your stay is perfect. They even provide a fresh pot/dish scrubber incase you forget yours. Thanks Heather for doing all those things for us."
