"I went for an upright MRI with and without contrast of the brain and orbits on Monday the 12th @8:30am and the technician explained everything he was gonna do and was very patient with me… I watched a movie,slept while having the test done and the time went by very quickly… Thank you McAllen MRI…"

"I was very disappointed. I'm a paraplegic in need of an MRI of my brain. I was told that I would need to "walk" at least 15 steps to the machine or have whoever took me to my appointment carry me to the machine. I was told the magnetic force of the machine could pull my chair into It and I could get hurt. This isn't my first MRI and no machine has ever pulled my chair or any metals in my body. Bless their hearts, be aware people."

"This place is good in scheduling and seeing you at the right time. But as far as service you're better off going somewhere else. The reason I came here is because they open Saturdays. I went in for an MRI with and without contrast and the tech or nurse not sure could NOT do A SIMPLE IV for the contrast which is important for my doctor to diagnose. He poked my arm more than three times with the same needle I even fainted because it was hurting not because I was nervous. Regardless of what happened They still made the call to do the mri without the contrast and they didn’t bother to just send me somewhere else or to call for help they just charged me what they could. The doctor was not in the same facility there was only two people in the office as staff and it just didn’t feel safe. I don’t recommend this place they are super nice but they seem to need more training and like they need more staff in the office as back up that is really trained for these procedures."

"I highly recommend this facility. They accommodate you as soon as possible. All the staff there is friendly and professional. They can check your insurance benefits and get an authorization immediately if possible. They have an open mri machine, new equipment."

"Just finished my brain MRIs at this clinic a few minutes ago. I was nervous and the very nice folks here took it in stride and helped me feel at ease as they walked us through the procedures beforehand. The gentleman, Bobby, who operated the scan and administered the contrast injection, was kind and professional, which made the whole process less daunting. 10/10 would definitely recommend. The office is very nice, however if you get cold easily I would recommend wearing long sleeves."
