"I've never written a negative review but this place deserves it. Overpriced, rude staff that doesn't give a damn about you unless you spend $100k with them or have a particular last name in UC!! I assumed "local" would be the way to go on my landscaping plan unfortunately that's not the case. A year later and I'm still replacing things throughout my landscaping and not happy. Communication is key in sales, well then plan to be disappointed. I will now drive 2 hours out of my way to avoid Soleil at all cost for all future lawn needs along with my family and our many friends. I was about to give them a second chance and spend a lot more money on a deck to be added to my home but not after today!! Also plan to walk through a jungle to pick out your plants. I truly expected more from these guys, and I've been really patient. Hopefully this improves their service as it's meant to. If not good luck!!"
