"Beware of false advertising. Most rooms do not have a bathroom. This is a shared bathroom and shared shower place. Some rooms do have their own bath, which is what I was booked and paid for, only to arrive and not get that room. Manager lied and said she'd refund my money since I did not choose to stay (only men in other rooms). This was booked through VRBO (horrible customer service) and Expedia (false advertising and horrible customer service). Other than that, the room I was meant to have was otherwise nice enough, though the stained bedspreads were creepy. All in all, extremely disappointing to have been lied to and to not have Carmens, Expedia or VRBO make it right. So unnecessary to run a business that way---especially in Marfa."
