"I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Carey! We had a terrible knocking noise begin in our heating system. A salesman from a company, out of Louisville, had convinced us that we needed a whole new system- $8900, for a bottom line brand. Turns out that a simple wire needed to be secured. Plus, if we decide to replace, Mr Carey's quote was much more reasonable and for a Carrier."

"We was a loyal customer but not after this week finding out the problem with our AC unit that this company should’ve noticed the few times they came out only putting a bandaid on the problem. Charging me full price each time. After a second opinion there was a part unhooked and a leak. So the freon I’ve been paying for each time was a complete waste due to the leak that they didn’t notice or just didn’t care find each time they came out. Really disappointed in this place."
