After being told several times they were coming, eventually, the original installer stopped replying to our follow-ups of when we might expect to get help with the issue. After contacting Brown’s, the process was nothing but smooth to get the issue resolved. Kirk took it upon himself to ensure the warranty on the part that went bad was honored by the manufacturer. Brown’s offers exceptional customer service. They are honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. Despite me asking no less then 100 questions, Kirk always takes the time to give a thoughtful answer. During the process of the diagnosis of the problems we’ve had, he’s always taken the time to even send pictures or video of what’s going on so the customer can better understand the issues that they’re having and why they are having them. I’d highly recommended Kirk and his team for any of your HVAC needs. Despite being an expert in the field, he’s a great guy, who strives to provide the most positive customer experience possible."
