"We had our heating go out and had an amazing experience with these techs. They came out the next morning after I contacted them. They were friendly and explained each step they checked. We had been back and forth with another company with 4 visits in the past week and had a horrible experience with them. The other company had replaced the defrost board and capacitor and it wasn’t working, now they wanted to charge us to rewire the whole system. These technicians found a quick fix with a setting in the thermostat and a blown fuse and didn’t have to replace anything. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future."

"Update 12/8/23: After posting the first review, the owner responded to this review right below my post. Please be advised, that no attempt has been made to rectify the situation. Just because a company acknowledges a complaint on Google does not mean they care enough to resolve the issue. Buyer Beware!!!! Contacted Louisville, HVAC Pros because I was in need of a new AC/Heating unit. When I called, I was impressed that the owner Stacy answered the phone. He stated, he always answers the phone. Moving forward, I scheduled and paid the balance in full to Louisville HVAC Pros and they installed my unit within 1-2 weeks. He even included a complementary cage to secure my unit. However, he did not leave the key. As months passed, I noticed the area(cellar) in which the unit was located was extremely cold as if the cold air that was supposed to be blown in the house was escaping to the cellar. I called Stacy and addressed my concerns. He assured me there were no issues and that he would come out to check it. He came by within 2-5 business days. He walked in the cellar and checked out everything and stated he didn’t see any issues. A month passed and the unit kicked off. I called Stacy and because of him doing work in other states now, he would be unable to get to my unit to assess the issue. Therefore, I took it upon myself to contact Dad’s Mechanical to investigate the unit. Matt, the owner of Dad’s Mechanical immediately scheduled a visit and assessed the issue. Little did I know there was no filter installed on my new unit and debris had clogged the unit causing it to automatically shut off. There was so much debris in the unit and needed a total clean out along with a filter installed. There were wads of debris and insulation in the blower wheel and cavity. Louisville HVAC Pros neglected to install a filter for the new unit. When I contacted Stacy, the owner of Louisville Pros, he apologized and stated it was an oversight. He stated he could have his guys come out to take care of it. I shared with Stacy I rather have Dad’s Mechanical do the work and he reimburse them for the work. He agreed that would be fine. Months have passed and Dad’s Mechanical has not received payment from Louisville HVAC Pros. Every time I call, I get a voicemail or a “secretary.” I no longer get the owner Stacy. He assured me that he would contact the company and reimburse them for the work they did. But since he hasn’t done that I have to pay Dad’s Mechanical for their services. Dad’s mechanical was a total blessing, if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I would have needed an entirely new unit."

"I had a leak in my coil in July and decided it was time for a whole new HVAC system for my home. I had 5 other company’s come out to give in-person (and pushy) estimates, and decided to give Louisville HVAC Pros a call. I received an easy estimate over the phone, and decided to have them send over the paperwork on the spot because it was a no brainer. They were $1000+ cheaper than all other estimates, and they offered superior equipment. I got a full Trane system (other contractors wouldn’t even quote me Trane equipment because it was “out of budget”) and it has ran like a top since installed. I have now turned the heat on after a few good months of A/C, and decided it was time to give these guys the praise they deserve. Bear and Kenny knocked the install out in about 4 or 5 hours, and they were awesome to be around. All around great company. I’ll never use or recommend anyone else."

"Awesome Company! Great equipment, installation, and pricing! I had three other HVAC companies give me quotes, and they wanted to play the numbers game. Felt like I was buying a used car.. NOT with Louisville HVAC Pros, Stacy gave me his best price up front and it was a no brainer. Better equipment and better pricing! They made the process very easy and professional! I can not recommend them enough. This kind of service and professionalism is truly hard to find these days! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!"
