"Just to be clear my 5 star rating is for the representative that helped us not the business itself. Not a big fan of the 5 hours we had to wait. that sucked. But Lisa James did a wonderful job once we actually got called back. She was polite and apologetic and made the whole process stress free. The employees are all very polite and helpful and understand but the business itself id give 0 stars if I could. They say walk ins welcome but if they have to wait 5 hours they shouldn’t be…. "The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because we did wait 3 and half hours to be seen. We had walked in with it being the first day for tax advance so I do understand but it sucked. They gave us water and coffee and some cookies. All of them were very kind about it. We appreciated each of them. We were seen by Lisa James and she was so nice and walked us through everything really fast. We had everything we needed even though the site crashed and we couldn't upload anything and needed even the pay stub in paper. We are thankful."
