H&R Block

"H&R block have done my taxes for the past 8 or more years. It's not worth $300 dollars to have taxes done. When all they are doing is filling in a program box."

"The tax preparer was professional, polite, and friendly. However, the H&R Block in-house tax preparation software crashed multiple times over the course of our interview, necessitating that she log back into each time and attempt to resume from the last point saved. The same occurred with the in-house software at the front counter when they first checked me in. These multiple crashes leave me concerned that something may have been lost or missed from my return. I would not recommend H&R Block to anyone until they more rigorously test their software prior to pushing it out to their branches."

"Taxes was messed up before I even showed up.. pre loaded my documents to make things easier but instead I was rushed when I asked questions the ladies didn't have answers... All the way down to the advance she was not knowledgeable my apt was at 4 and I found through my appointment that apparently she had a hair appointment at 430 which explained to me why everything was rushed and I felt like I had no control of my refund..."
