"Bad place. They rip you off, sold us products that didn’t work. Manager said all well no returns and told us that the employee should’ve had us test it before purchasing but we weren’t offered that… Everything is overpriced $$$ but this wouldn’t be a big deal as much if they were polite or friendly and if they gave remedy to selling broken products. Some of their male supplements are fake, and they are rude when you ask politely for remedy of selling you broken products. We even had a vape pen literally explode on its own just sitting on the table, days after buying it."

"Girl who assisted me was nice but the manager was terrible. Just lost a customer of 1 year. Refused to give me a different vape when they tell you to try them before you leave. Tried the vape it was immediately dead, they partially charged it so they could prove it worked and it showed the juice in the vape was already at 71%. The manager stated “I’m sure it’s not at 71%, I can guarantee you it’s not” and walked away. The vape is literally reading 71%!! Will never go here again. Will make sure friends and coworkers also do not go here. Scam of an establishment."
"Apparently under new management. Took a major hit to customer service and interaction. Prices are going way up as well. This was my last time ever going here. Customer service and value are far better at Head Hunters in Port Issabel... used to come here for the awesome manager and good prices... was told today that it was all going away. Watch your pockets and find a place that treats you right. I'd rather drive to SPI then drop another dime here."
