"Check in was fine, however, the pool and the hot tub both were freezing cold and never warmed up, despite managers addition of water with a hose. The area around the pool was very Very dirty and had not been maintained at all. There were stains all over the mattress in the pull out sofa/bed, and there were no linens or pillows provided for that feature. In the morning there was no breakfast due to a death in the hotel, but no explanation was given to guests on whether safety was an issue or not. They allowed us to freely walk the hallways, while the police were investigating and bringing out the body bag. No, this is not a joke. When we asked staff, we were told it was being taken care of And that everything was fine, but we felt we were owed A better explanation than that. We still don't know if it was a murder, murder-suicide, overdose or just an accident. 10 out of 10 do not recommend."
"The rooms felt clean enough. The pool and spa tub had much to be desired. The smell and general appearance were not appealing at all. The public restrooms on the main floor were disgusting. For a 3star hotel, breakfast was weak. Even though we were there a 1/2hour after opening the Orange Juice was all, there was no meat offered, lights were pretty much off, and there did not seem to be anyone around paying attention to the breakfast bar."
"They only had the suites left the night I stopped. It was worth the price. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed the breakfast. Waffles are always great in the morning."
"The room had a dirty Kleenex between the bed and the wall next to the window, there were a little boys shorts damp shorts hanging in the closet area and a child's hanger also, and hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathroom sink, and six sheets of toilet paper on the roll! Otherwise the room seemed fairly clean! The AC worked great, the linens were clean, the couch was viable, and the beds were comfortable. More towels and face cloths would have been nice. Check-in lady was so sweet and helpful, and her staff manager too! Self serve breakfast was biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, toast, bagels, and you make waffles, coffee, milk, or juice, no eggs or yogurt, jelly, or muffins. Their snack bar was super though! They had Haggon-Daas ice cream and all kinds of heat and eat foods like a miniature grocery store! They had a nice pool and hot tub, too."
"We stayed here for three nights while we were visiting from out of town. Overall, it was a good stay. The breakfast wasn't that great at all. If it was there, the quality was less than. However, you don't really stay at these places for the breakfast anyway and it is free after all. The customer service was great, hotel rooms were really clean, and very affordable. The location is great and there's a gas station right beside it. We'd definitely stay again."
