"I wouldn’t stay at this place if my company wasn’t paying for it , but this place is falling apart . Bases to beds missing causing mattresses to sink . Wifi never works. Expect majority of the things at the Permian lodge not to work. Rooms and floors don’t get cleaned properly. Don’t not step on the floors barefoot I ended up getting a bad case of Athletes foot"

"The staff are very responsive to the clients needs and or requirements. As well as friendly and willing to be as helpful as possible. The food is excellent, plenty of parking, the kitchen has updated appliances, and the rooms are spacious."

"I’ve been staying there off and on for a few months. It seemed like a good idea at the time. (Food included, washers and dryers on site, etc.) the rooms are inconsistent. Not all have the same amenities (fridge, microwave, desk, etc.) It’s always the same issues. The food is less than mediocre. The coffee is absolute trash. The washing machines are always broken. You have to search for one that works. Some don’t work at all. Some will start but not cycle. I usually have to carry wet clothes to find another machine. They don’t seem to be interested in fixing anything. The room cleaning is hit or miss. When they do come, the room is always full of flies. The walls are thin. You can hear people in the next room. (I once listened to someone’s entire phone conversation). The speed bumps are ridiculous. Way too high. I am asking my company to figure out different lodging."

"This location has been going down hill for the last 6 months. They have installed these ridiculous speed bumps, that my OEM Honda Accord can not go over. Even when barely moving to crawl over them. Not sure what management was thinking on that. The food is hit or miss. The rooms usually have bad AC, broken toilet, or a horrible smell coming from the septic tanks."
