"Our AC unit started making this weird buzzing sound Friday evening and we spent the next 3 days (Monday was a holiday) in misery. Tuesday morning I called these guys and Chris came out. Within minutes he has the problem diagnosed, grabbed the part, 10 minute fix and now me and my family were happily huddled in front of the vents enjoying the cold air! "We had a lot of rain the day before and it shut off our ac unit in the crawl space of our house. My roommate called someone from Lexington and they came out to look. It was “it’s flooded I’m not looking at it” and he left with his service fee charge. I called them this morning explained the issue and they were out here with a sump pump to help get the water out in no time. We were told possibly 30$ to use it since we would be home. Which is great compared to the 4K-5k we were told from other places. They’re not even finished yet and I’m leaving a review. Highly recommend."

"I have contacted TC Mechanical twice. First time, my heating stopped working all of sudden. I called toward the end of the work hours and they were about to get someone out right away and was able to fix temporarily until a new part would be in. The second time I called they were able to get someone out same day to check air unit outside which was great considering the hot weather outside. The technician was able to resolve the issue the same day. I will continue to use TC Mechanical in the future!"

"Our heating ignitor went out on our furnace this morning and it was so cold when I woke up. My husband and I spent most of the day calling local heating and cooling places to try and find a part on a Saturday and all of them either didn't have the part or wouldn't sell it without installing it. This is a part that takes 5 seconds to plug in ourselves so we really didn't want to pay extra for something we could simply do ourselves. So as my calling list was growing shorter I found TC Mechanical Services here in Frankfort, and he met us at his shop after hours and took care of us swiftly. Thank you so much, glad that we don't have to wait until Monday and deal with the cold all weekend. Highly recommend doing business with this company!"
