"I advise you DON'T DO IT I repeat DON'T DO IT!!!! they will take your money even after you are gone. No hot water, no ordinance control. People are out there as if it were their apartment. HORRIBLE."

Brand new clean ac unit, worked great… after we pushed the bottom of the curtains up on on the window seal. Room was VERY dirty. We actually ran to the dollar store and bought bleach cleaner and wiped every surface including the walls and the squished bugs off of the ceiling…"
