"Television did not work. Room telephone did not work. Key repeatedly failed to work in room door, and I had to rouse the clerk to get it reprogrammed. Lobby area with check-in desk and breakfast venue is always locked. There is no breakfast or a way to get snacks. Clerk is never available until you ring for him or her. Clerks are not friendly nor appreciative of one's business. It is very hard to understand the speech of the clerks especially through the glass partition. Cooking smells are not pleasant, not to mention the smells of the feed yards nearby. However, the whole town smells like a huge cow lot, and it is. On reflection, I came back to site to edit my negative review. I greatly appreciate the fact that pets and smoking are not allowed in this hotel, assuming that these rules are enforced. The parking is convenient to the hotel entrance and there appear to be adequate spaces for most nights. The hotel is right on the busy highway of US 84 but the rooms are fairly quiet. The rooms are certainly not fancy, but they are adequate for my simple needs. Security seems adequate, especially since all rooms to my knowledge are inside the hotel as the entry doors are down the long hallway. However, Irish Inn should not advertise free breakfast in it is not available."

"Terrible experience in this hotel. Owners very rude to employees. They will try to charge you for everything and showers get scrubbed with the soap left over from guests."

"Absolutely gross. Bathroom had hairs, MULTIPLE HAIRS, stuck to the bathroom wall... aka that bia was never cleaned from the least guests. The parking lot smells like poop. The room smells bad too, so bring in your lysol to spray down everything. This is a pass through stay, which i would guess is the only reason someone would stay here. OH and the breakfast is no longer a thing "because of the coronavirus outbreak" according to their sign. But tbh, I dont think I would eat here anyway."

"The bed was super soft but Joey was not a very big king on I like good nice firm matters ice maker was not working all that well They advertise a continental breakfast what's they have not done for about 4 years Everything is still under lockdown for covered covered is over with basically A covered parking lot would have been great in case of hell or tornadoes"

"It wasn't the cleanest place I've been(there was attention needed around the tub on the floor) and i was disappointed that they hadn't started the continental breakfast up again since the pandemic. So many other hotels have, but it was quiet and the sheets were clean. I would stay there again. It was great for the price."
