My Bulova needed a simple battery change, but my wife's Hamilton needed a new stem--the piece that changes the time and date. I asked him about switching out my leather band for a steel one. He called Bulova, and they said they didn't make one for my watch, but he figured it out. He did this in less than 24 hours, and at a price that left my jaw on the floor---Not what you think!
