"Whenever I go to the pharmacy drive through the wait is outrageous. 30+ minutes every time, and 10 of those minutes are spent at the window after they say “we’ve got one ready for you, be right back.” As someone who has past pharmacy tech retail experience, I can say there is absolutely no reason for that. Can’t find it? Different issue? Have some courtesy and let me know the reason for the delay. Also, the last time I was there they put the wrong prescription in the bag. When I called and told them, I got no apology. “We close in 45 minutes, or you can come back tomorrow to pick it up then.” Unbelievable."
"Time to change pharmacies. Since they've closed down so many stores the pharmacy lines are 20 people long at any time of day, and longer at rush hour times. Want to call? Get ready to be on hold 1.5 hours. It will be 20 min before they answer even if you're next. My hospital called in my prescriptions for pneumonia and I've been waiting on one of them for two days while they've been filling newer prescriptions. I'm disgusted. I will never come to this pharmacy again no matter how many years I've been coming here. Go to Kroger or Walmart. Literally anywhere else."
