"If I could give negative stars I would. Worst pharmacy in Lexington. I have moved all my prescriptions to Walmart. I called and a female pharmacist was so rude and would not give me her name and hung up on me. Also one of the slowest places ever."

"This CVS location is very fast at filling prescriptions, I mean like lightning fast. Haven’t encountered any rude techs at the pharmacy or elsewhere as mentioned in other reviews, they have always been very pleasant to work with and again, very fast at filling prescriptions, even took the time to look for a GoodRX coupon and saved me $20 despite the line getting longer behind me. Very good customer service."

"PHARMACY hours are NOT 24 hour service.. I let the person at the store register know about the hours posted online were incorrect and he said that he had let the general manager know so a change could be made and unfortunately nothing had been done about it. He was very polite and professional about the situation. I have attached a pic of the posted pharmacy"

"I had used CVS for several years and not had any problems until this one pharmacist Sarah Pior was so rude and liked to hang up on me in mid conversation. I complained but all that was stated was that there is a shortage of staff. My insurance covers more if I use CVS but I switched all my meds to Walgreens. I would rather pay more and be treated with respect. Once I contacted Walgreens on Pink Pigeon they had all my medicines transferred over within hours. The next day I picked all my medicines up and the staff at Walgreens were all so friendly. I told them about my horrific experience at CVS and they were appalled. I just hope you know how much business you are losing all due to an employee that obviously has rage issues."

"I have an issue with this pharmacy every. single. time. I pick up a prescription. And when I share an issue to get it resolved (because there ALWAYS) is, they are very rude to me. There is one tech there who has been incredibly kind- everyone else causes me to leave in tears. I switched to this pharmacy because they are 24 hours, but it’s simply not worth it."
