"The hotel is very nice. We were on the 3rd floor. The walk in shower floor was super slick, pillows were not firm and pointless. There was some traffic noise (revving engines and sirens during the night. We stayed here before and this didn’t happen before. Bed was ok. The hot tub and pool was a nice place to relax. Great staff to help with charging drinks to room. I’d stay again but bring my own pillows."
"Stayed for one night. Really solid hotel, extremely modern, clean look from the outside, to the lobby, to the individual rooms which we were extremely impressed by. Breakfast is good and the fitness room, though small, was decently equipped and had towels and a water fountain nearby."
"The rooms were clean, but the beds are pretty hard. They allow pets, but they put them on floors other than the first, disturbing people who want a quiet night's rest. They also do not do anything about guests' aggressive dogs. I saw one family's dog run at a little girl while very loudly barking. She seemed very uneasy afterwards. The elevator beeps extremely loudly as well. Expect cold biscuits and burnt eggs for breakfast. Amarillo smells very strongly of manure. Some people like the smell, but I am not a fan. Not the hotel's fault, but if you are sensitive to strong smells, try a town over"
"Stayed here for some rest on my cross country road trip. Good pet friendly hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice (I don’t know her name and I really wished I did because she was very sweet and kind). Only down side was I ran into a Karen on the top floor who said dogs weren’t allowed on this floor. Which was weird like what ??? This lady definitely made that up idk why she thought she ran the place but anyways, can’t complain about the hotel or hotel staff."
"Don't have vision or hearing problems of you stay here, they put their own program on TVs that prevented me from lowering the obsurd brightness or turn on closed captions that I needed. Hardwood floor rooms was weird enough, and it causes the sound to carry more than any hotel Ive been to. The bathroom door can not stay closed, so hopefully you don't need privacy in your room. Surprise pet fee, not on website when you make a reservation or any option to select that you are bringing a pet. They do not even remotely have enough parking spots and tell guests to park on the street around the back."
