"This place is like a second home. I love the owner and the staff. Very very good people all around. Quiet. Great courtyard to cook out and visit. Pet friendly and only 25 dollars a night extra per pet. Newly renovated rooms. They offer studio rooms with a full size fridge. I travel for work and this is the only place we stay in Amarillo. They offer great company rates!"

"We needed a place to stay after an 8 hour drive on our way to Colorado Springs. We only needed to rest and bathe, for the night. Atrea Inn supplied all we needed. No frills but for the price WHO could complain. Nicely updated and very comfortable. Good restaurants close by. May stay here on our way back."

"I thought I had lucked out and was excited to stay in this hotel because the reviews on Google and third party booking agencies were high. Plus the nightly rates made it too good to be true, and yes turned out to be too good to be true. I’ll say you get what you pay for. The room wasn’t properly clean, the mattress bedding had lots of animal hair/fur but what was gross was the bedding and towels all had stains! The area was sketch there was so much “odd” activity happening around 1am- 3 am in the parking lot. I did a late check in, so was too late to go elsewhere."

"Lobby reception /lounge area is nice and modern and the complementary breakfast was really good! The front desk clerk was very helpful when we called ahead to ask questions before making reservation and when our 1st room smelled (possibly from a previous guest smoking cigarettes in room) the clerk switched us to another room. Note: The first room we were assigned had a very large handicap accessible bathroom (biggest bathroom I've seen in hotel/ motel/inn)! We stayed in a ground floor room with 2 double beds and they were ok. Our room was very convenient with parking located right in front of room. It's located close to I 40, has well lighted parking and good priced. I would suggest they provide bigger and more bath towels. I would stay there again."

"This motel/Inn was exactly what we needed. We were passing through Amarillo on the way to Santa Fe after leaving a bit too late to get to our destination in one days travel. There was one room left for under $80 and we took a chance. So glad we did. The room was as expected for the price, clean and comfortable beds. Slept well They also had a complimentary breakfast in the lobby with Texas shaped waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal offering, bagels and bread and of course coffee. The gal up front was SO accommodating and friendly. She shared the place underwent a recent renovation. Highly recommend, great value for price."
