"Complete trash and bed was hard. The manager was extremely rude to me when I had a family thing come up my lil brother had to leave and left my stuff in the room. When I called and asked if I could get my things the manager/owner charged me $40 to open the room to get my things out and had an attitude about it the whole time."

"The new owners are horrible! It's an old motel. My dad use to stay there when he would come for onion harvest. Nano and Venus were the owners then. It use to be a good place to stay. When we stayed recently with the new owners there it was an experience I will never forget. When we got there, there were no towels when we went to ask for towels the guy said wait till the morning to shower??? Good thing we had towels in our luggage. When we went to shower the head was broken. He changed the shower head but that was it. The remote control didn't work either. In the middle of the night the power went out. It was freezing and we had no heat and we couldn't see. He refused to refund us. Plus it was very nasty. Don't stop there. The Executive up the road is much more acceptable."

"Found bed bugs (lots!!!!!) In room 102. When we confronted the manager about it, he denied knowing about it. Even after showing him pictures! Woke up bitten everywhere! Then he walked into the room and states there were none. Well um of course there's not any more that we're not laying in the bed! He never addressed the problem and said he'd give us a new room. He practically begged us to stay there and not leave. Instead, he wound up refunding the rest of the week when we said hell no. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Ever! I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy."

"Manager was rude and annoyed that we could barely understand his English. The room was small and dirty. The shower had old soap wrappers stuck to the floor. The towels all had stains. The window was stuck open about 2 inches and woukd not close. Save your money and drive to the best western in hereford."
