"waiting in line for several minutes to pick up my meds and the lady looks at me and says rudely "we're going to lunch". then quickly closed the curtain on me as i explained my need. i then went to manager at the front cash register and told him what happened. he literally said nothing, not one word to me, didn't seem to care. pitiful customer service."
"The phone system is terrible. I waited over 30 minutes only to get hung up on. I called back and waited another 15 minutes to get my prescriptions refilled. I was told that they would be ready in a couple of hours. When I went to pick them up I was told that one was not available. There was a long line at the counter so I simply asked if they would be ready by Tue and she said that she didn’t know. She offered to give me 5 pills but I would have to wait for the pharmacist to authorize it, but she didn’t know when that would be. They are totally disorganized and unapologetic and they do not deserve my business."
