Omni Louisville Hotel

"Unfortunately, I have to post an honest bad experience with the GM on duty today. Our family was traveling for a swim program this weekend and our daughter got sick so we couldn't attend. We kindly requested to please assist us with at least credit for next time, not even asking them for a refund! They gave us the "because" you booked through Priceline we can't do anything, "protocols". Then why do you partner-up with Priceline?.. to have an excuse not to accommodate the client with situations like these? Or simply to keep some family's money?? We understand protocols and rules... but we also understand customer service and professional management. This GM was just too busy to look into the situation, and ignore the necessity of the client 100%. Could have gained a couple of clients and retain a frequent visitor. Just bad handling."

"Great hotel. Had a disturbance in the middle of the night on our floor where security had to be called. It was handled quickly and quietly. We were pleasantly surprised to be given an apology card as well as a cheese/fruit plate the next morning. Kind and friendly staff in every corner here. Just what I expect from an Omni hotel experience."

"I live in Louisville and I came to visit the hotel Saturday January 27 2024. Went with friends to the speakeasy they weren’t very busy. Walked up to the bar to get a drink. Bartender never acknowledged us our turn to say hello. Nothing finally waitress says she would come get Or orders from where we were sitting so we went and sat back down. Like I said, they were not busy. She finally came over for the order took forever to get. Never came back to check on us I had to walk to the Bar to get another drink. Everything was slow. I don’t know what the problem was. Did not feel welcome. Will never come again. Service needs Match the pricing. If you pay top-notch, you better supply top-notch service"

"This was my first stay at this hotel and it will not be my last! It truly is a beautiful hotel! It even smells good when you walk in the door! Raven at the front desk was friendly and caring and my room was fabulous! •Beautiful •Great location (near 4th street live •Smells good •Great staff •Clean and beautiful rooms = Deserving of 5 star review. Attached 2 pictures of my view going to sleep and my view waking up during my stay.... as I said already... FABULOUS! Thank You."

"Beautiful with lots to do! The rooftop pool is really nice. There was never a bar tender there when we were there but maybe it’s because it was already getting cold? We just brought our own drinks up. Otherwise the amenities and guest services were spot on. Super helpful bell staff in particular. Everything you want or need is here. You could easily never leave the building! But it’s also located right at the heart of tons of things to do. Will definitely stay here again."
