Aloft Louisville Downtown

"Rooms had all the essentials. Nothing too fancy. Whole vibe had kind of a minimalist feel. Nothing too extravagant and just a great place to lay your head. Front desk staff was helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed the bar and the pool table/foosball table open to all guests in the lobby. You do have to pay to park but I guess that’s rare for downtown hotels to have free parking. Great location in downtown Louisville walking distance to Yum Center and several bars!"

"We stayed at the Aloft in downtown Louisville from Feb 1-3 and everything was perfect. Location was great, rooms were well appointed and very clean, beds were comfortable and every staff member was very friendly. The front desk people greeted us every time we came and left! Our check-in agent T’Angela was very nice. This is a wonderful hotel."

"The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are well laid out with a good use of space. The location is wonderful. It’s within walking distance of distilleries, bars, and restaurants as well as Slugger Field. Staff is all extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. Kevin in particular is amazing at his job. He remembers guests, asks questions about your day and how you liked different things, and is always willing to help out. He was greatly appreciated and well liked by our group."

"My husband, our pup, and I enjoyed a night at this hotel. The staff was friendly. Special thanks to T'Angela who gave us a very nice and spacious room! We enjoyed the view of the street. The hotel has young vibes which I loved. We also liked that our dog stayed for free. We parked the car in a parking garage next to our hotel for $22 a night. "We arrived on Thursday, 11/2/23. When we arrived with two other couples, we had booked our rooms separately through a third party site. However, there was no reservation found for me and my husband. As I immediately start to freak out; the younger man at the desk, Kevin, told me not to worry. He told me different was to try and look up my confirmation number. When I couldn’t find it, he said there was still a room available. He was so nice and understanding. As I started to calm down and just pay the price my friends paid and additional $160 the rooms cost now, Kevin did give me a ticket for 2 free breakfasts. I’m not sure if that was what he was supposed to do but it definitely made me feel better. He even remembered us by name as we would come in and out of the lobby. It made us feel special and I loved that personalized attention. I found all of staff to be super friendly which is unfortunately not the norm in today’s hospitality work. Thank you so much!!!"
