"Poor nightshift customer service, Don't keep shelves stocked and when asking about a product look at you crazy and claim all out instead of going to look. All they want to do is sit around the counter and gossip about people instead helping someone..... Need new people willing to help like the they were hired to do instead of being lazy"

"I go to this Walgreens many many times, is so close to my house, the staff are usually so helpful. Well stocked stands and fairly clean, including the bathrooms. I like to browse because there is usually a sale of some product or item that I like, but tonight my exprience was very different than my normal. The cashier Connor was very nice and helpful, the manager Linda was not. She waa rude, not helpful at all. I needed to print some holidays cardstock cards and their printer is broken down. I understand that this things can happen, but she did not offer any solution, never addressed me like I was not even there and treated the cashier like he was stupid even making a comment to him about 'is just doing simple math' When she just needed to do her job as a manager a support the staff. I was very surprise to her level of 'don't care to help a customer' that she has. If she doesn't like the shift time or her job she needs to quit."

"Went to pick up wife’s prescription and they initially wouldn’t accept discount card (used many times)…told me I had to reapply for card. Went home and did that… came back and got in line in drive-thru at 12:30pm with two cars ahead of me.Got to the window at 12:55pm and they pulled the sign “Closed” to take lunch. I sat in the parking lot for a 1/2 hour to finally pick it up. Went inside this time. Stood in line behind 2 people. Got to the head of the line and told pharmacist had to approve card. Told to take a seat and waited another half-hour. Ridiculous!!! Horrible customer service!!!!"

"Went to this peticular Walgreens store for a COVID booster. I got there before my appointment time. The pharmacy was so mismanaged. The pharmacist was slow and the techs were hiding in the back. One lady was behind the counter tending to the public. I felt bad for her. I waited almost two hours for that vaccine. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen."

"The reason why I'm giving this Walgreens five stars is because of the management in the front of the store was very helpful along with some of the other staff members that I will be posting their picture but I had the worst experience IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT WITH ELIZABETH WHO IS THE PHARMACIST MANAGER SHE DID LET ME KNOW THAT SHE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE RAN INTO IN A VERY LONG TIME. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE STORE MANAGER I WAS TRYING TO DESCRIBE TO HIM A PARTICULAR MEDICINE I WAS TRYING TO FIND OVER THE COUNTER AND HE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME FIND IT EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT A PHARMACIST. He went back there to check on my medication and got things taken care for me and also ordered what I needed over the counter he is the only reason and his front staff is the only reason why I will be returning to this Walgreens"
