"Horrific experience with salon Leader Robin and the grooming salon there today. Been going there for 5+ yrs with normally good service as most the groomers themselves are great, but today they were absolutely deployable at how we and our animals were treated. Got treated like criminals because we arrived 15 mins early for our grooming appointment!!! Then they had us pick up dogs because they didn't want to groom them after already starting bathing one of them. Contacted corporate but would never recommend this place again!"

"Every time I take my dog for grooming, she comes back magnificent. I’m not happy with the prices but no to the fact that my dog gets a perfect haircut by Caroline I don’t argue too much when it comes to the high price."

"Rodney the manager is absolutely AMAZING! I have a very skittish large puppy who has a loud bark and deep growl. She’s not mean but most back away from her. Rodney stepped up and took my dog for a walk around the store doing everything in his power to help her relax. She was able to get groomed and he recommended doggie daycare. Her first day was yesterday and what a difference a day can make. Thank you to Rodney for taking that extra step and making sure my puppy felt safe and love while in this store. I highly recommend Robin as a groomer as well! She was so good with my fur baby and gave her the best cut. I’m very impressed with Rodney, Robin and this store!"
