"Dr Briley no longer in this Ofc. Been very sick with pain all weekend. Called for appt and explained I was in pain and was told the first appt. they have is a month from today. I ask if I can get on a waiting list she said yes but this is the first avail date I have right now. Not happy with the way it was handled. The young lady was nice but seems totally unconcerned about my well being."

"I came to Gastro East when I was experiencing abdominal pain. The amount of time to get an appointment was about 1 month. I was not impressed with the amount of wait time which was about and hour and 30 minutes. The doctor seemed to be very in-depth so i drove on. Between my 2nd and 3rd visit I was hospitalized and was told to call my Doctor for an immediate appointment. I called several times, NEVER getting through. You always have to leave a message. I left an urgent message and was NOT called back. I was very upset and was only told that they were changing affiliations with the hospital and to be patient. I told Dr. Briley about me bad experience. She apologized and promised to speak with them. I will definitely give Dr. Briley credit for being an excellent Doctor. When I go back for my 4th appointment Iam sitting for 45 minutes in the waiting room. No one even took my copayment at this point. After overhearing other patients getting upset about being there for 2 hours, I decide to ask how much longer it will be. They said ATLEAST an hour to go back. I told them to forget it. Overall I could never recommend this doctors office due to the incompetent staff. If you have the patience and can deal with a very poorly managed office, Dr. Briley is a VERY qualified and caring Doctor."
