"ultrasound technician on 04/11/23 was my first awful experience throughout the entirety of my pregnancy. (9 months pregnant) definitely would recommend brownsboro for a positive ultrasound experience over this location, sadly didnt have a choice and disappointed that this was the last ultrasound experience im ending off on. praying the staff is better for labor and delivery."
"This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. My emoloyer made an appointment to have my knee seen here. Norton's sends me a message with an address, but fails to explain the bizarre, and disfunctional parking situation here. Then once I'm here, the suite I'm looking for is no where to be found. So I try calling the number norton's provided, and it's disconnected. Basically I woke up early and wasted half my day driving out here only to miss my appointment."
