"I really like the price I paid, I like the service and speed I received. The gentlemen I spoke with were well mannered, helpful, and did a good job taking care of me. With that said I can't believe the shop didn't put mats down, I want to state my car was dirty since I hadn't cleaned it lately it was in the plans after having work performed but when I say dirty let me clarify- I meant it just needed a vacuuming and wipe down. My dirty is a lazy person's clean but there definitely wasn't grease in my carpet and on side kicker panels. I was raised with the commonality of respect for my personal belongings as well as other's and especially when I paid 33k for a family van just a few years ago! I would also like to state that they had my van twice this week, the first time they did dirty it up on the kicker panels but it wasn't on the carpet and I chose not to say anything because I knew I could easily wipe that off safely, but today I had to send my wife and she brought it home and showed me how much worse it looked. I don't know what I'm going to do about it yet but the thought I had plans of later trading it towards a new vehicle and the grease or oil that's in the carpet could degrade the price if it can't properly be cleaned and removed, and then with the beautiful gas prices, a possible 3rd trip back down and have to wait again doesn't sound idealistic either..."
