"I tried to buy a tablet that I had looked at online. I was told by the online agent that it was available in store and had the function I needed. I called the store number just to verify they had it and that it was a tablet that had a SIM card slot. Once I arrived at the store I was told that they farm their calls out to people who don't have a clue about anything. Was also told I was lied to about the tablet and basically all they wanted to do was try to sell me something that was almost triple in price. What a joke"

"They allow you to place an online order, Pay for it, give you a time it will be ready for pick up. Then you get there to pick it up and they tell you it hadn't been pulled yet. They then put a priority on it to be pulled and tell you to come back. You go back and they tell you your item isn't available in the store. They don't know when it will arrive. They tell you it will be automatically refunded since it wasn't in the store. It wasn't. Have to go online and cancel it."

"Bought a gift card from the store to use online because I didn't have a credit card or bank card. Before I had a chance to use online the funds where gone and best buy has refused to replace my card or the money. Second experience was there till close trying to pickup an item I purchased but store closed before I could. Showed up at open the next day to pickup purchased item and because the employee did not put it back they couldn't find it and cancelled order all the while item was under counter for me so switched to pick up at different location an hour away and by the time I got there my payment was refused waisted a whole day dealing with them. So all in all about $500 have been taken from me. Will never shop there again."
