"Jeryn Adams is horrible as a nurse. I went to see my son today and he was laying in feces. I asked her to get him help because she was busy and she refused to get another nurse and told me he had to wait. My son has a colostomy bag so it was busted and he was laying it it for over and hour, and he is a Traumatic Brain Injury patient,so he can't speak and couldn't notify anyone himself. She should be fired for the way that she treated my concerns. The physical therapist was nice enough to do a nurses job out of the kindness of his own heart"

"This is a terrible facility, my mother has been there for almost a month she went 3 weeks with one shower they couldn't get her medication that she had a script for but said they didn't take outside meds only for me to have to return on 3 different occasions to bring her meds then have to bring her own supply she has to have labs done to get her meds I had to call an let them know to get the labs done after they "missed" her then they took the wrong labs an had to do it again an much more! Would not recommend."
