"The nurses and staff were very friendly. I did wait a small amount of time to be seen. The doctor was nice, listened to what I had to say and wasn't in a hurry at all. Not like other places I've been. Will be going back again."

"Dr. Smith is very good, but the staffing and management surrounding him leaves a lot to be desired. The phlebotomist "does not have time" to draw for the tests that the doctor(s) have ordered, the admitting staff are required to read your benefits in front of other patients, and the staff that schedules you for specialist are inconvenienced if you have to reschedule an appointment. I have dealt with these issues for about 5 years, but it has become very uncomfortable within the last year."

"Horrible wait time. I got there to see a specific doctor. I waited 2 hours before they told me Bosley had gone home earlier that morning. 2 hours of my time was wasted because of this specific incident. Not only that, but every single time I go there, I wait an insane amount of time in the waiting room, and then EVEN LONGER WAIT once you get back to actually see your doctor or nurse practitioner. I've probably spent as much time in this building as I've spent being sick."
