"I have been going here for more than 10 yrs. We all know our bodies and know when something isn't right. I was seen there today. Had X-rays done on my back. The x-ray tech n I looked at my X-rays before the Dr. Mind you she does X-rays all day. So she knows what she's looking at. We saw an abnormal spot clearly. But of course the Dr says there nothing showing in the x-ray which I'm not even sure he looked at and recommended PT at kort right out back of the medical center. Whom I'm sure he has a hook up with.. I question his diagnoses so he says they'll do blood work. Talks for a few more minutes then says see you in a month no blood work just forgets about it and off to next room. I've been suffering with this pain in my back for months. It's not a muscle issue. I will being looking for a new Dr. And will be going to express care because I absolutely feel I'm being misdiagnosed.. he doesnt seem concerned at all that my baby sister was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 2 weeks ago and was given 6 months to live. They found tumors all through her back, ribs and hip. Which was another reason I went to drs today was cuz my hip has been giving out on me to the point of almost collapsing and I cant lift my leg and he did nothing no X-rays . Even after telling him my mom has had 5 hip replacement surgeries. He just doesn't listen."

"Dr. Honaker, Dr. King, and Celeste NP have always helped me in a professional medical way. If they are ever unsure, they will send for specialist. Nurses are better than any as far as bed side and absolutely the BEST at drawing blood. Highly recommend this office for medical care! Everyone is so friendly and focus on getting you well."

"I've been going here for about 6 or 7 years now and I have never had any problems. They work with me knowing I'm a truck driver, I have them do my DOT physical and yearly check ups as well. Some of the things they know about me also helps them. They know I don't like pills or medicine in general and aren't always pushing them on me unless I really need them. They also keep up with me concerning my health as a truck driver."

"I have been with Brandenburg Family medicine for over 8 years, and never had a complaint, however since the "COVID" I have been very disappointed with the service. I can not get through to get an appointment schedule in a timely manner, and schedule times have increased significantly. I will be looking for a new family doctor for my husband, and myself."

"I’ve been going to Dr. Honaker as long as I can remember. However, he’s misdiagnosed me for serious conditions multiple times. There have been instances he’s referred me to a specialist, and when the report was sent to him, he straight said the specialist was wrong without trying to give their treatment a try. I have to argue with him to try new treatments and to even see specialists regarding my health. Not to mention his office staff, who doesn’t do authorizations half the time until bothered by either the patient or another office. There have been many times I’ve called and it started ringing only for me to get immediately hung up on once it’s picked up. I will never recommend this place, and I will be searching for a new doctor."
