"The salesman was good. However once we got into financing, it was a whole other story. They're nice people. BUT they snuck coverages in and only gave some of the paperwork because they knew we only wanted the car and no extra coverages. They lump the coverages in with the car price and tax combined. So watch your paperwork if you purchase from them. After this experience, I will definitely never go back. They really give dealerships a bad name. I will stick with Paul Miller Ford from now on. Also, I purchased this vehicle mid November and the temporary tag expired yesterday. The clerk just processed it yesterday. Not sure if this was another hang up with the dealership or if it was the clerk. Oh, I did finally get a refund of all of the extra unwanted coverages I knew nothing about and had no documentation on."
